- nationality is canadian, but is half ukrainian/indonesian

- he dyed his hair to the color it is now (maroon red) when he turned eighteen. he’s been dyeing it like that ever since BUT he takes good care of his scalp and hair so his hair is not as fried…

- his last name, cahyadi, means ‘illumination’ or ‘noble/wise light/brightness’ in indonesian

- the scar on his cheek was actually purely an accident rather than some vicious attack. a friend accidentally grazed his cheek with a blazing hot fire poker

- as for the scar on his eye which he now covers up with an eye patch, he got from falling down a steep hill while he was hiking, hitting/scraping the left side of his face against a thick tree branch. he’s lucky his actual eyeball did not get damaged (much), so his vision is still (somewhat) fine. during the fall he broke his ankle too so he had to walk around with crutches for a few weeks. it's safe to say that he now has a moderate fear of heights

- took over his grandma’s little store (like a small convenience store at the side of the road for people passing by practically the middle of nowhere where they live, but still does pretty good business) and runs it full time. does smaller little jobs on the side for people like repairing motorcycles and whatnot. he doesn't own one himself though
